Recently my wife and I used your company to take us from our home in llanelli to Cardiff airport. Your number was recommended to us by First Choice Holidays in Trostre Park. It was the first time we have used your company and I feel I must write to let you know how impressed we both were with the service we received. Your vehicles were very clean (both inside and out) and were very comfortable. Your driver was also well presented and very neat, tidy, and sociable. He was also spot on with his timing when he picked us up, both on the outward and return journey. He had to wait at the airport car park for about 75 minutes for us on our return because the plane was 30 minutes late landing, then we had to wait for 40 minutes at the conveyor belt for our cases (always the same when someone is waiting for you) but he never complained. They say that first impressions mean a lot and you certainly impressed my wife and I. You can add our names to what must be a long list of satisfied customers. The next time we require transport we will not hesitate to contact you and we would not hesitate in recommending your company to anyone. Thank you
